But for color depth: isn’t 32 bit the same as 24 bit?
As far as I know 24 bit is 8 but red, 8 bit green, 8 bit blue. 32 bit adds another 8 bit brightness, which is already encoded in the 24 bit. I always thought they were only different names from Windows (32) and Linux (24).
