PS and HTML/CSS files are included free. Also check the analytics to see what the most common screen sizes are for that site. If majority are larger than your clients screen the client may be more willing to shift to larger size screen layout.

Except on the gargantuan monitor I used when I was working at Google, I have always run everything full-screen to reduce attention-destroying visual clutter. I need to deal with more than one thing at a time over a period of minutes, not milliseconds. Even on that monitor, I kept a max of two windows open, tiled left (the browser) and right (everything else).
